What Is Microneedling?
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a non-invasive treatment that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin.
This triggers the body’s natural healing process, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve skin texture, tone, and elasticity.
It is also an effective treatment for hair restoration, reactivating dormant follicles and promoting new growth.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a session take?
About 60 minutes in total, including numbing and treatment time. If you would like to add a mask treatment, please allow an additional 15 minutes.
How much does microneedling cost?
Each microneedling session is $250.
Serum add-on: Available serum add-ons may include antioxidant, anti-aging, and acne-scarring support. $30
Hyaluronic cooling Mask add-on with cold wand facial massage: $40
Exosomes: Need to be ordered ahead of time, costs vary.
Feel free to bring your own exosome serum for microneedling.
Does microneedling hurt?
A topical 5% lidocaine is used prior to treatment to help keep you comfortable. Most patients feel quite numb and experience only mild discomfort during the procedure.
When will I see results?
Results build gradually over time as collagen production is stimulated. While some patients notice an early improvement in skin texture and glow, the best results are typically seen with a series of treatments.
How many sessions do I need?
For best results, we typically recommend a series of 6 sessions spaced approximately 6 weeks apart. Patients who stay consistent with treatment and continue with maintenance sessions every 3 months often see the best long-term outcomes.
What microneedling device do you use?
We use the DP4 microneedling device which has 16 needles where we control the depth and speed.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an intake form and pre-treatment instructions outlining contraindications and how to prepare in the week leading up to your session. Please review and complete your forms in advance so you feel fully informed and prepared for treatment.
What is the recovery like after microneedling?
Redness is common for 24 to 48 hours after treatment. During this time, avoid exercise, sweating, saunas, and hot showers. Use only a non-tinted SPF in the morning and reapply every 3 hours. Avoid tretinoin, retinols, and other active skincare for 5 to 7 days, and avoid Botox or other neuromodulator treatments for 2 weeks. No makeup for 24 hours.
